Caribbean Haze
Fruit and Rum-Soaked Hazy IPA • ABV: 7.8% • Limited
Caribbean Haze was originally brewed for the 2019 Great Australasian Beer Spectapular (GABS). This Caribbean-inspired Hazy Double American IPA is infused with citrus, pineapple, mango, coconut and Capricorn Distilling Co Spiced Rum, to give this already aromatic style a fresh Caribbean twist.
ORIGINS
Caribbean Haze’ origins date back to one of our early small batch releases Caribbean Crusher. Crusher was a collab with Mount Gay Rum released in 2018. A 6.2% American IPA base alongside coconut rum-infused Caribbean-inspired spices of citrus, pineapple & mango.
When it came to choosing a beer for the 2019 Great Australasian Beer Spectapular (GABS), we decided to go with a bigger bolder version of Caribbean Crusher called Caribbean Haze. It was a huge hit and finished in the top 10 in the people’s choice at the event.

Border Pale, Wheat, Rolled Oats, Carahell, Caramel Munich
Hops:
Dr Rudi, Citra, Amarillo, Cascade, El Dorado, Simcoe
PROFILE
Flavour:
Citrus, pineapple, mango, coconut and spiced rum.
Goes well with:
Ceviche, cold seafood dishes.
