We bloody love IPAs and obviously the rest of the world does too, because they have their own day. August 4 is international IPA day and what better way to celebrate than by brewing one with our overseas mates Salt Beer Factory in Leeds, England.
An International IPA with a pale malt bill, a mix of Australian, Kiwi, American hops and a good dose of bitterness and clarity.
There is a cool story about how this came about but maybe too long to go into on the back of a can, ask the bar staff for more info. Enjoy this wonderful style of beer and drink them fresh!
