We were fortunate enough to be invited to participate in Bract Brewing Advanced hop trial. Hoppy Belgian Wit showcases a new trial hop out of New Zealand, NZ101. Said to present lime, melon, tropical fruits flavours and aromas, we have packaged this up into a dry hopped Belgian Wit. Expect a pale dry beer with some spice and pepper phenols, with a heavy citrus focus derived from NZ101.
