We were fortunate enough to be invited to participate in Bract Brewing Advanced hop trial. Hoppy Sour showcases a new trial hop out of New Zealand, NZ102. Said to present red berry, candy/lolly, citrus and tropical fruit. To showcase this hop we have paired it with a dry hopped sour co fermented on hibiscus flowers to impart some colour & tartness and complement the berry hop notes.
