Jordan, our certified hose wrangler can be found moving highly hopped, sometimes bitter, often hazy American style beers around the cellar in readiness for packaging. When it was time to brew his anniversary staff beer, he went the opposite direction and down a more traditional path. A Belgian style blonde, delicately hopped with NZ Motueka, bringing some light citrus notes to the yeast driven blonde ale. A very fancy beer, to match his fancy socks.
