A Black Hops debut, introducing a Norwegian Farmhouse yeast culture that is rapidly gaining popularity amongst brewers and beer lovers alike. Having been passed down from generation to generation around small farming communities in Norway has allowed this yeast to take on very unique characteristics defined by ester-driven rapid fermentation that delivers complex fruity aromas and earthy flavours. Complementing this culture with Cascade, Citra & Centennial hops produces a refreshing take on the classic India Pale Ale.
