As part of our Recon Series single hop focused beer project we bring you Sitiva Hazy IPA. As the name suggests, is a showcase of a relatively new hop out of America, Sitiva wrapped up in a soft and juicy package. We used Sitiva both in the brewhouse and while this beer fermented, so expect ripe stone fruit, sweet floral and soft peach flavours and aromas.
