We've partnered with esteemed 4th gen oyster farmers, Tunstead Oysters, shucking oysters fresh to order at the taprooms. Joining them will be Witches Falls Winery, offering wine tastings through the afternoon.

Introducing the Mimosa Gose - 3.5%
To make things even more special, we’re dropping a brand new beer brewed exclusively for this event: the Mimosa Gose.
Brewed in collaboration with Tunstead Oysters, this beer is a true celebration of spring and the sea. When we asked ourselves what pairs best with oysters, the answer was champagne. And what’s more fun than champagne? A mimosa.
This refreshing Gose features bright citrus zest from orange peel, balanced by a crisp, dry finish reminiscent of sparkling wine. The real twist comes from unshucked oysters added directly into the kettle, an age-old brewer’s technique that imparts a delicate savoury note, gentle salinity, and a rich, rounded mouthfeel.
The result is a uniquely coastal take on the mimosa that’s bright, effervescent, and perfectly at home alongside a dozen freshly shucked oysters.
