One of the original hazy beers, the Belgian Wit is brewed with a large portion of wheat and oats to give a soft easy going mouthfeel and cloudy pale appearance. Orange skin and coriander seed early on in the process leads the way to a candied orange and citrus aroma followed by a peppery, spice character imparted from the yeast.
