Our first ever wet hop birthday beer! Brewed with fresh hop cones harvested by the Black Hops Brew Crew on the same day as the brew from Hilltop Hop Farm, fresh IPAs don’t come fresher than this. Using whole cones of Cascade & Columbus, Hyperchill is pitched with Nova Lager Yeast, cold-fermented to enhance its refreshingly clean and dry taste of the Cold IPA style.
