Dedicated to Brisbane supervisor and superstar Jimmy. The Jim Dip which is named after her infamous habit of splashing her fingertips into her friends drinks on a night out, is inspired by Jim’s favourite style of beer, the Oud Bruin/Flanders Brown.
Jim Dip is defined by it’s sweet malt profile, accompanied by aromas and flavours of blackberries, plum, raisins and chocolate, backed with a strong presence of tartness.
So cover your glass as you take a sip, and always be ready for Jim and her Dip.
