Wild Cane is a collaboration with Husk Distillers, using wild yeast found in the fresh sugar cane juice from their farm in Tumbulgum, NSW. Combining the complex flavours of both white and aged dark rum with half the batch cellared in HUSK rum barrels for 12 months, Wild Cane was finished with a refreshing addition of tart pineapple and zesty lime.
